Week 5

One day Messi, Pele, Aron, Noah, Rocky and  Ozil went to Germany. When they went they found out that it was a really good place to do street balling under the bridge.  It was a very good because going under the bridge was super for them so they don't get too hot and sunburnt.They repeated the game without getting sunburnt under the bridge so they played games of street ball and practice streetball every day until they became legends and can play on an actual turf.

The Adventure of the Lady

One day a lady was walking she came across a bridge! The bridge was a massive 8 feet long! She ran across the bridge and she walked for 1 hour. She finally made it to the second part where she had to go through a tropical rainforest.
The rainforest had monkeys, giraffes and alligators in the ponds and swamps and gorillas that were so big they almost jumped onto her and squished her ! She finally made it to the Candyland where there was 15 houses she went into the first two they had nothing! In the third there was an elephant his name was Alford the elephant and he could talk. She ran into a tree and fainted. Soon a little man named Jim took her into his Candy house and he had some medical supplies the supplies was bandages and medicine that woke her up. He waited a couple days until he put my medicine on her she was back to new!

Rocky's first Minecraft Challenge...

In Term 3 a whole group of kids from Papatūānuku went into a game called Minecraft.  If you don't know Minecraft is a game where you can play Survival and Creative modes.

We used Creative mode to built an outdoor area and a wetlands in the red zone.  The red zone is were people's homes got broken from the earthquakes.

We Built lots of native animals in the wetlands.

We had to plan our red zone on paper.  After two days we got into Minecraft and  got to work!

The fist bit we built was the wetlands.  The made native birds in wetlands and we did lots of different soil on the ground.  Lots of trees, ferns and flowers.  We had an information centre and had information about the Wetlands and posters that featured around the Wetlands.

Straight away we moved on to the outdoor bit.  The outdoor bit had a playground, a sandpit and a water park.

We decided to do that because of the people's houses that got destroyed and the other reason was we wanted a place people could enjoy.
