We were heading out of the wharenui To the wharekai to have dinner. We are having lasagne and veggies. It was delicious . While i was eating  my dinner my friend  malachi whispered in my ear “look, they are getting the puding  out. it is vanilla ice cream.” In my head I was screaming yayayayayayayayaya my fav. I shoved it into my mouth like I had never ate before.

Today with rise team we went on a codeing site similar to scratch.It is  was very fun it was sports related .the most challenging bit of the codeing is doing makeing the ball bouce.

Ice poem

 ice is  Big blue and chubby

has Dark blue eyes like the sea

fast  like running water

A frozen  touch like frost

Drinks ice tea on hot day

the skate park

 The skate park was usual enough; it had a halfpipe, ramps, a bowl, ralis, and puddles that i Never rode through. My cousin and I did what  cousins do we learned new tricks, rode through Puddles in the summer, played scoot  doing  nothing  important

 I wandered into Tāne Mahuta chatting to my friends and something felt  weird. because not very many people were talking.  And it  smelt like fresh air. As Soon I looked up My eyes almost fell out. The plants have overtaken the back doors and the whole entire back of the class that day school  was Canceled. 

The next day I came back to school and the plants on the window too halfway through the class. At this point I had to cut the plants down. I ran out the doors of the classroom with my friend RJ,   . Sundly I tripped. My friend Riley  saw what I tripped on. It said the weed killer top secret and my friend and me went back to the classroom and Inspected the bottle. on the the back it said not Harmful so i sprayed it on the plants the next day they came back this time they had electric waves going Through  the plants

Bean Planting Day

 Today it was fun. We got to plant beans. It was so surprising because one month ago today we started germinating them in plastic bags. Fast Forward 1 month later- we put them into biodegradable pots and then one day later we planted them. Before we got to plane them we had to use a coloured popsicle stick and write our names on them so we would know  who's is who’. I wonder how big our beans will grow.

 Today we had CRT and we did scratch art and this is what i made

Today during CRT time i played with pixel art and this what i created. It is a rainbow kind of something! Next time I might try to create something different like a bike.

Seeds

 We dissected the seeds yesterday. We used pine nuts, corn seed, lima beans, pinto beans. Chickpeas. The most interesting thing me and Rocky  learned that the embryogrows inside the seed. It was soaked for 24 hours. In the seed we found [cotyledon] food supply embryos and the seed coat. We had to take the seed coat off very carefully. We had heaps of fun We Sorted the parts of the seed the first thing we did was carefully split the seed in half the 2nd thing we had to do is we had to put the food supply on the 2nd slot on paper the 3rd thing we had to do was find the embryo, it was a little plant growing inside the seed.

MY MIND WRTING

When I saw this sign it filled me with joy. When I realised I had weeds I went on long walks and started reading books and completing goals. Then my mind developed more flowers!

the old days

l think it was very hard in the old days. The thing I can not believe is the difference between then and now back then they didn't  have cars and machines. They only had horses and black and white movies. Compared to now, we have food machines trucks and coloured movies and pools. Back then when you Woke up you would put the candle on and light the fire and you would have to cook breakfast by Lighting a fire

I think we should grow our own food because you have the option to grow food. I think it is healthy and easier to plant and you get lots of vitamins from veggies. My favourite vegetable is potato because you can boil it and fry it and tastes really good with salt and pepper. Potatoes are grown in the soil and did you know if you have an old potato you can plant it in your garden and it will grow more potatoes.

03/06 SuperHero writing I think we should have a school superhero because he could hear people when they were sad. And When people fell off their bikes and scooters, he would ask if they were ok. When people need help with their work he will help them.
